Girl Scout Cookies is a worldwide phenomenon.  As one of the best Californian strains of all time, this world-class hybrid holds a special place in our strain library.

Our Girl Scout Cookies seeds have millions of fans all over the world, and we like to think we've played a roll in popularizing this amazing variety outside of the United States. It took years of R&D to recreate an autoflower GSC that does the original justice.  We started with two stellar phenotypes of the original Girl Scout Cookies strain and created an autoflowering version of the legendary GSC genetics.  The result is an indica-dominant hybrid autoflower and with enough sativa traits to keep the couch-lock away.  Like baking cookies, growing this strain is easy, but requires time and attention.  Your childhood wishes have all finally came true: cookies now do grow on trees.

GSC stands out as one of the brightest and most exotic varieties to date. It's a true masterpiece and well worth the price.  Want a cookie?

Taste & Aroma

Girl Scout Cookies tastes sweet, like, you guessed it, cookies! Its dominating flavor will please any sweet tooth, and earthy notes give the flavor unrivaled depth.

Girl Scout Cookies Review

The effects from our Girl Scout Cookies strain hit both body and mind.  Enjoy a boost to focus and socialization, but try not to be distracted by the oh so pleasant body buzz. One of our test growers put it this way, "This was my favorite strain so far based on the two plants I grew. The buds are rock solid and covered in goo. It's hard to pinpoint the smell, but it's extremely pleasant and makes its presence known from a distance. Will absolutely be growing the cookies in the future but not before I get through the rest of the Fast Buds line-up. This strain is awesome. I highly recommend."

How It Grows

Our Girl Scout Cookies seeds are feminized and are ready for harvest in approximately 8-9 weeks. This plant is a big contender for the NBA, growing up to 60 – 100cm in height (up to 40 inches) whether the grow is indoor or outdoor. The flowers of this plant display a reddish-orange tinge.  Over time, they grow a thick white layer of trichomes that will be a welcome sight to any grower. To optimize development and Girl Scout Cookies yield, we recommend that your feeding schedule include extra amounts of nutrients.  The plants will respond well with greater bud growth.

Its minimal CBD and powerful THC content of up to 22% makes it one of our strongest strains for sale. It possesses a very distinct odor, so don't forget your carbon filters during cultivation. You don't want the Girl Scouts to be able to sniff you out!

@ChaoticGood,Hello Fast Buds, quick question about auto-flower strains, specifically Girl Scout Cookies. With auto-flower strains, do you trip the lower leaves to promote better light absorption? Thank you.
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,Hi! Thanks for asking!Well, we don't suggest any training, tipping nor topping in our autos... It's potentially stressful for them. We know the plant gets more light and some growers do it successfully, but they use to be experienced or pro growers.Enjoy!

@Sergio Sanfulgencio,Hello FastBuds community! I plan to buy about 3-4 GSC seeds, but before doing so I would like to clarify a couple of questions:First I would like to know if 7 liter's flowerpots would be enough for the proper development of plants outdoors. And finally I would like to know what you mean with ''... to optimize development, we recommend that your feeding schedule include extra amounts of nutrients compared to what you are generally accustomed to using. The plants will respond well with bigger bud development.'' You mean you can add a higher amount of nutrients than the recommended by manufacturers? Or you can ''fearlessly'' add the maximum amount of nutrients indicated by manufacturers (something contraindicated many times depending on the strain of weed you plant)?Thank you for answering, it is my first time planting this strain and I don't want anything to go wrong. Greetings from Barcelona, Spain :D
PS: Sorry if there are any grammar mistakes, I'm fluent in english but I'm Spanish.
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,No worry, Sergio! Thanks for asking!About the pots, we reccomend 20L or more pots, and they should be taller than wider.
About the nutris, yes, you can feed them more than as usual. You'll have to see how much more you can give her by controling it with the plant feedback. Don't feed them too much initally as they may get burnt. Go incrementing and trying.Enjoy growing faster! Cheers!

@Martin Geldart,Hey, Fastbuds! I have a little space in my 12/12 flowering tent for some new arrivals and want to order some GSC auto. I can see from previous comments that 18/6 is the recommended light cycle but can I get away with 12/12? Is it just a matter of getting a smaller yield? I ask this because at my preffered seed bank (picknmix), all of the Fastbud autoflowering descriptions clearly state 12 or 18 hours light, so reading 18/6 is a little confusing.

@Spalato,I have a question, when we are talking about yield, any in your catalog. Outdoors, does this " 70-300 g/plant " refers to the dry or the wet weight?
And do the buds become airy due to high temperatures? I live in a mediterranean climate and the temperatures can be very high.

@Fast Buds,Hi Sebatian,Autos are quite more resistant, but protecting them from direct winds and temperature changes can be better, if the fluctuation is so extreme. Maybe a greenhouse or a "tent" could help. Our most resistant strains are RhinoRyder and G14hope it helps a bit! :D

@Cory Beecher,Hey Fast Buds, I've got 4 of these GSC's going right now in DWC under LED's, 19/5 light cycle. I'm 6 weeks in and everything is growing beautifully but I have not seen any signs of flowering yet. They showed sex about 2 weeks ago but that was it. I'm fine with them taking longer but would you recommend switching lights off for a day or two to force flowering? Also, once I see that they have began flowering, how long can I expect till harvest? My guess is 5-6 weeks but you guys are the experts! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@AZDoctor,I just ordered these GSC autos and looking forward to getting them
started! I'm a moderately experienced grower using RDWC with H&G
nutes and that combo typically yields at the high end of the scale. My
question is, have you had any experience topping this strain? I know
topping autos is not always recommended because of the short veg period
but I've seen some strains can produce quite well with it. Just
wondering your thoughts and if you have tried or have any feedback.
Thanks!

@Rasil Rsi,Hello Fast Buds
I have ordered a 10 pack of Auto GSC I plan to veg the ten plants under 400 watt MH in 1 gallon pots under 24hours light schedule and as soon they show their sex I will transplant them outdoors in my greenhouse in 5 gallon containers anywhere from mid feb to the first week of march depending on when they show their sex, they will be receiving around 4-5 hours of direct sunlight/day and around 10.5 hours of complete day light as the days will be shorter but will increase gradually upto 13.5 hours of daylight throughout mid march-April which means around 6-7 hours of direct sunlight/day. The temperature range will be around 20c(day) to 11c(night) throughout feb & march and will increase upto 30c(day) to 18c(night) in April.
My question is according to the above mentioned growing conditions how much yield should i expect per plant and in how much time to expect from seed to harvest?
Reply
Bk
@Bowman K Horning,a... they recommend 3 gl minumum pots... b... never transplant autoflowers
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,Hi Rasil! Thanks for asking! And thanks Bowman for the answer. He's right, Rasil. It's not a good idea to transplant an auto, they may get stressed! But it's up to you, of course. :) About the yield, it's very relative on each crop... but you should be able to reach 300gr per plant with our GSC. For the harvest, all our strains use to last 2 month and a half from the germination to the harvest. Sometimes, most yielders like GSC, can last up to 3 months. Not more. Have a sweet crop! :)

@TyLeR^^,I'm sure you get a ton of questions so take your time. I just want to know - what ideal climate would you recommend for this strain? I live in Alberta (Canada). We have much longer winters and shorter summers. Usually spring is pretty mild: 49°F during the day, and 30°F at night. (Way too cold!)
During summer average high temperatures are 22.1°C (71.8°F) and average low temperatures are 11°C (51.7°F). The average amount of sunlight in summer is between 8 and 10 hours per day. We get up to 30°C (86°F) in the middle of summer, usually in the span of a couple of weeks.I am much too nervous about ruining my first batch and apologize for all the auestions! Would it also be easier (in my situation) to grow indoors or outdoors?
I live out in the country on the acreage and we have 3 acres of trees and land. I would prefer to grow outside because there's less mantainance, and less smell.
If I tried growing indoors, would I need an expensive lamp? I have a portable heater and an LED light if that works. And would the smell be noticable to anyone going downstairs? If so, I might have to look into some products for odor protection. Thanks for taking the time to read this! If anybody has any advice, I would love to hear it!
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
If you are looking to get good results I would recommend growing indoors, however, you might be surprised by the results when growing outdoors. You could try out a few seeds outdoors during the summer to see how they respond as an experiment, but don't expect them to really flourish.
For growing indoors you will need about a minimum of 60 watts per plant as well as a light which is suited to growing (needs to cover a broad spectrum of light for the plants to properly photosynthesise, a typical desk lamp will not work for growing). The smell WILL be noticeable when growing indoors even with carbon filters so make sure that you take the necessary precautions to eliminate the odour properly.

@Fast Buds,Hey, around 6 plants would be best for this kind of setup. Use 3 gallon pots minimum (10 liters) and ideally 5 gal pots. LST is fine, just bear in mind that autos will stress easily so don't over do it. The GSC and Pineapple are amazing strains, you're really gonna love them ;)

@Fast Buds,Hello, 18/6 light cycle is the light cycle we recommend. It is ok to use your normal nutes, just make sure to reduce them to 1/4 of the potency that you would use for a non auto flowering strain. @OrganicDave,What's up Fast Buds? I am a grower from the east coast (not legal here) of the US. I started growing indoors for cancer patients 3 years ago, when my dad was diagnosed with bone cancer for the second time. As I sit here typing, he has been given 24 hours or less, and is in our local Hospice facility. He would never try cannabis, because he was scared of getting kicked out of chemo, but he did introduce me to two patients he met along the way, and I now grow for them, free of charge. I have just received two girl scout cookies seeds from you guys. My set-up is a 400w air-cooled hps, and a Mars Hydro 700w (320w actual) led grow light. All 720 watts are contained in a 3'x3'x7' grow cab with white poly walls. The two cookies will share the cab with two Cherry Bomb plants (est. 90-100cm tall). They will all be in 5g modified hempy buckets with 50/50 coco/perlite mix, with worm castings and guanos mixed in, fed with fish emulsion, and then top dressed with hardwood ash and fruit bat quano for flower. Do you think that your two cookies can fill that 3'x3' cab by themselves, or, should I go with the additional 2 Cherry Bombs? Sorry for the rambling question. This is my first time using your gear, and I just want to get it right without crowding out my space. Thanks guys, and to all fighting for your life, your peace and your rights, keep fighting the good fight.

@Fast Buds,Hi there, I would recommend adding in the other 2 plants especially if you are using LST, as the space should be sufficient for the GSC.
