Ahh, the classics. The legendary OG Kush still commands respect from medical and recreational growers alike. In these heady days where new strains appear every minute, this fabulous hybrid provides the genetics to many other popular strains.

What to expect from Fast Buds' West Coast OG seeds?  Everything you loved about the original, grown faster, for sale at an unbeatable price.

Taste & Aroma

Pine trees and a tart citrus aftertaste.

West Coast OG Review

The effect comes in two waves.  The first wave is pure euphoric joy and a heavy buzz in the head, which is sure to please the sativa lovers among you.  The second, more indica dominant wave is utter relaxation and will have you giggling on the couch.  OG Kush's effects feel free of anxiousness, dizziness, headache, and paranoia. This strain is called a legend for a reason after all.

How It Grows

During the initial stage of vegetative growth, the height and weight of our West Coast OG strain will grow at a moderate pace, as it reinforces its root system.  It then exhibits a rapid spike in growth towards the end of the vegetative phase, reaching a height of 1 meter (3.2 ft).  It responds favorably to artificial lighting if grown indoor, and loves the sun when grown outdoor. The West Coast OG yield is up to 650 g/m2 (1.4 pounds per light).  It is quite a chunky compact plant that is well suited for cultivation via SOG and SCROG methods.

Colas reach impressive sizes, especially if you provide our West Coast OG seeds with ample nutrients and water.  It also has the advantage of being able to endure the mistakes of first-time growers.  The buds will develop a fluffy white coating of trichomes in the final weeks of flowering, with the trichome crystals turning amber in color similar to that of carmelized sugar at end of flowering. THC content exceeds 21%.  CBD reaches 1%.

@Stephen Thurman,Hey what's up fast buds we just picked up 40 west coast og autos from ya and was wondering how much light they require a day and is now a good time to start to put these out doors in Northern California? Thanks and we look forwards to grabbing some more gear!

Fb
@Fast Buds,Hi! Thanks, Stephen! Good to hear, you'll have a great time :D
Well, seems obvious but as much light as they can. Indoors, we recommend 18/6; but outdoors they need al least 6h of direct sun...
About the start, you'll know better your area's weather behavior; but you should avoid temperature and humidity changes, as well as being aware about rains.

@micky,I thought auto only need 12hs of light straight from seed, can you explain more?
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,hi, the optimal is 18/6, but outdoors the sunlight is the best. So, the most they can get, the more yield you'll have, protecting them from the hight temperatures and from the rain. Facing the autumn, don't let them get wet when flowering or you can get bud rot. Thanks for asking!

@LuckIsMySkill,do you prefer training like lst when you grow your plants?
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,Hi again Lucky! Well, we don't recommend training autos. Their veg period is short and they flower automatically, so it could alter and stress her, also. Do you have any good experience with this practice on autos you could share with us? :) Thank you!

@Fast Buds,Hello, you can check out this outdoor Fastberry grow: http://www.rollitup.org/t/r...
70-80% humidity is quite high I would advise trying a few plants before placing a larger order in order to gauge how they perform in your environment. I would recommend our LSD-25 strain, which is very resilient generally, and very resistant against mold and mildew.

@Justin Huang,is it really like a legit OG kush like straight up ?
or is it crossing with something else ?
wondering of making this shot

Fb
@Fast Buds,It's a legit OG Kush which has been crossed to achieve auto flowering.

@Justin Huang,Thanks but is it an easy kind of strain to grow ? Im a beginner anyway
Heard of that northern lights are pretty easy to grow, how hard is it compare to it ?
And what strain is it crossing with ? Is it Ruderalis or an automatic strain ?
Plus, is it ok if i grow it on the balcony with the natural sun lights and the temperature around 25 to 30 celcius ?
Reply
Fb
@Fast Buds,Hello, it is a very easy to grow strain. I would say it isn't harder than growing Northern Lights.
Initially it was crossed with Ruderalis to create an autoflowering OG kush, which was then crossed again with an original OG Kush. This is then repeated until stabilized, creating a strain with similar potency to the original with auto flowering genetics.
