Description

One of our best selling and most renowned strains, Girl Scout Cookies Auto boasts a hefty 20% THC, an extra-large yield, and that fantastic, sought-after cookie flavor. The famous Cali cookie genetics are a cinch to grow, indoors or out, and produce dense, sparkling nugs. This is our huge yielding, sticky resin machine.

Bud description

Flaring different shades of green, these buds are a complex mix up of dark and light green, with spots of lighter colorings in between. This elegant contrast of colors is topped off by dense sprinklings of crystals and orange pistils. Giving these cookies quite the bag appeal.

Smoke report

A nice body glow, matched with an intense head rush. What starts off as an intense head rush, giggles and euphoria, rapidly morphs into a heavy body high, couch locking and muscle relaxing. Delicious in extractions or spliffs alike, this slightly Indica leaning hybrid will give users a beautiful mix of cerebral buzz and body relaxation.

Plant Appearance

Wispy leaves, the plant will grow in platforms of sugar leaves, bud formations, and more sugar leaves, leaving space for a compact cola growth on top, as well as good internodal spacing in between each bud formation. Towards the final weeks the leaves, as well as the buds, will get densely covered in crystals giving the plant a delicious frosty touch. Growers can expect a plant to reach around 60-100 cm in height, and should fully mature by week 10.

Grow Tips

Experienced growers can definitely think about some LST with this strain, thanks to her good internodal spacing, allowing better light penetration. An overall easy-going plant, still we strongly recommend to check pH levels in water, making sure it stays around 6.5 as to not risk damaging or stunting the plant's growth. Growers will see a final bulky swell in the final weeks of maturation.

Flavor

An elaborate blend of earthy kushy flavorings, combined with subtle minty touches and fruity undertones makes the overall taste quite sweet and cookie-like.

Question:
Q:
I've got 8 autoflowers and 2 normal seeds there is any problem if I grow them in the same tent?
Answer:
A:
Hello, there's no problem at all, just have in mind that if you're flowering your autos under a 12/12 cycle the yields may be affected.

Question:
Q:
Hello about how far into the grow should I switch from vegging nutrients to flowering nutrients ?
Answer:
A:
Hello, thanks for your question. You should slowly start switching from veg to bloom nutrients as soon as your plant starts developing white hairs.

Question:
Q:
I'm from Chile and I am about to plant some GSC. I got two months left of sun but at night it gets a lot colder. Can these strains stand this climate change, and what kind of precaution I have to take?
Answer:
A:
Hi Sebatian, Autos are quite more resistant, but protecting them from direct winds and temperature changes can be better, if the fluctuation is so extreme. Maybe a greenhouse or a "tent" could help.

Question:
Q:
Can I start my plants off in small pots and then transplant them directly into the ground after 2 weeks like a regular strain, or do I have to keep these autos in pots from germination until harvest?
Answer:
A:
Hello, we do not recommend transplanting any autos as you can stress the plants by changing their environment. It is possible to transplant autos successfully but you always run the risk of causing stress.

Question:
Q:
Yield indoor under 300 watt led?
Answer:
A:
Depends how many plants. Expect about 70-300g for around 4-5 plants under this setup.

Question:
Q:
what size pots best for 16 plants under 600w hps? and does the pot size determine how fast they trigger to flower?
Answer:
A:
Thanks for asking! 16 plants may be too much for a 600w HPS so you should use smaller pots, around 5-8L to prevent the bigger ones from overshadowing the smaller ones.

Question:
Q:
Would it better if harvested on 10 or 11 weeks? Grown outdoors.
Answer:
A:
Theres no way of knowing for sure as the grow will depend on the environment and conditions. I would expect it to be ready for harvest by 10 weeks, but always check the plants beforehand as sometimes a few extra days can make all the difference!

Question:
Q:
Hello fastbuds team, just want to find out will 11 litre airpots work for 6 plants in a 1.2x1.2 with 480 watts, and will they grow to there full potential?
Answer:
A:
Hello! It will depend on the strains you're growing, in 11 liter pots your plants will grow quite big so you should scrog or tie down the branches so they can grow properly and have enough space. Also, 480w is approximately 75w per plant so they should be okay but if you want the best results you should provide 100w per plant, so it's better if you grow under 600w.

Question:
Q:
Hi Fast Buds, what ratio of milky and amber trichomes I suppose to see thru microscope for perfect harvest time? Is it 50:50?
Answer:
A:
Hello! It depends on the type of effect you want. With a 50/50 ratio you'll get a balanced effect but you can harvest at the ratio you prefer. Have in mind that cloudy trichomes provide a more cerebral effect while amber trichomes provide a more corporal effect.

Question:
Q:
Do you recommend this for a new grower? I want to grow my own medication and GSC is my absolute favorite. I enjoy the full-body pain relief, and relaxation as well as the euphoric rush.
Answer:
A:
Hello, it should be fine to grow as a beginner. Make sure the plant gets plenty of light and nutrition.

Question:
Q:
I'm planning to use 9 11L pots in a 1x1 m2 tent with a 600W HPS light, is this ok for space, potsize and light type? I will use a good soil mixture and some bio-products for the bloom period.
Answer:
A:
Hi! 9 plants is a lot for a 1x1 growing space, with that pot size I would recommend having 2 or a maximum of 3 plants. If you want to fit more then you will have to use smaller pots (around 5L). We recommend a minimum of 75w per plant so with that wattage your plants will grow very well.

Question:
Q:
What climate would be best for this strain? I live in Alberta. Would it be easier to grow indoors or outdoors? If I try indoors, would I need an expensive lamp? And would the smell be noticeable?
Answer:
A:
Hello, Thanks for getting in touch with us. If you are looking to get good results I would recommend growing indoors, however, you might be surprised by the results when growing outdoors. You could try out a few seeds outdoors during the summer to see how they respond as an experiment, but don't expect them to really flourish. For growing indoors you will need about a minimum of 60 watts per plant as well as a light which is suited to growing (needs to cover a broad spectrum of light for the plants to properly photosynthesise, a typical desk lamp will not work for growing). The smell WILL be noticeable when growing indoors even with carbon filters so make sure that you take the necessary precautions to eliminate the odour properly.

Question:
Q:
Dear FastBuds, help needed! Is it okay to grow the GSC strain in temperature that is less or equal to 35 degrees celsius (95 degrees fahrenheit)?
Answer:
A:
You can grow it but 35 celsius is quite high, you may encounter problems throughout your growing cycle.

Question:
Q:
How many plant of gsc would be sufficient for a m2 grow closet?
Answer:
A:
Hello, it will really depend on the size pots that you use as well as the lights to optimise the yield. You should be able to fit up to 12 plants for a m2 closet.

Question:
Q:
I am planning on using this seed in my first grow. what soil, nutrients would you recommend? Also is there anything else I should be aware of? Amount of light, how often it getting watered?
Answer:
A:
She doesn't need anything special. Trust me, it is really an easy plant to grow, doesn't care about anything.I had temps over 30 for first 2 weeks of veg stage and humidity was below 35 but she grew amazingly. I'm watering it every 5 days with 2lt of water, 3gal pots(12 lt). As soil,I have Plagron Light Mix and I'm applying Tang's Easy Auto Feeding Schedule, you can easily find it on google.I would absolutely recommend it to any grower, especially newbies like me. Can't wait to taste it, she has too many trics on her, looks beautiful.

Question:
Q:
I have 3 Girl Scout cookies that have been under a 600 watt MH for veg for 3 weeks. Would it be best to switch to the hps or let them go under the MH for week 4. I am going to let them go for 70 days.
Answer:
A:
Hello, it will depend on which stage your plants are at. You want to switch to HPS just before they start flowering, by week 3 they should be ready for the HPS, so I would just switch the HPS at week 3.

Question:
Q:
Does 8-9 weeks flowering time mean seedling stage and veg are included within these weeks or are they extra on top of these stated? thanks

I'm transforming a wardrobe into an indoor. It's 0.49 m deep, 2 m tall, 2.4 m wide. How many plants should I grow inside, and should I use one 600w light or two of 400w?
Answer:
A:
Thanks for asking, Ramiro!Depending on the size you want, you can grow from 5 to 10, more or less. If you are talking about GSC, we suggest you to grow them big. About lightning, maybe 2x400w can fit better in your wardrobe's rectangular space.hope it helps a bit! Enjoy!

Question:
Q:
When we are talking about yield does this " 70-250 g/plant " refer to the dry or the wet weight? And do the buds become airy due to high temperatures?
Answer:
A:
Hi! Your plant can develop airy buds if the temperatures go above 30 degrees. 70-250g outdoors means that this strain can yield up to 250g outdoors but it will depend on the growing environment and the plant's size.
