Description

Biscotti Gelato is an updated version of a line first released in a limited batch at the beginning of 2025. That initial release showed strong potential, but the goal for 2026 was to refine the line through further selection and improve overall stability. Both parental lines were reworked through large in-house population runs.

The Biscotti (Cookies) side was kept unchanged, selecting the same phenotype for its structure, density, and characteristic baked, slightly spiced profile. On the Gelato (Sherbinski's) side, the direction shifted toward a phenotype with a stronger Sunset Sherbet influence, adding more depth and complexity to the terpene profile.

The resulting expression leans into a layered Gelato profile, combining creamy sweetness with gas, berries, and light tropical notes, while the flavor carries a more doughy, baked character with a subtle spicy edge. The terpene profile is not sharp or one-dimensional, but develops with more depth.

A key focus of this work was stability. The parental selections were stress-tested across different conditions to identify weaker traits and remove them from the line. The result is a population with improved vigor, stronger structure, and more consistent expression. Biscotti Gelato remains a line built on selection and refinement, with emphasis on terpene depth, structural reliability, and uniform performance across the population.

Only 5-star reviews ever make it through here. Anyway – toss the crowd a few seeds and they’ll come crawling. I don’t want any test seeds, thanks. I’m dumb and lazy and only grow autos.

What can I say... it's a real eye-catcher. Smells buttery-creamy sweet, with earthy undertones and just looks absolutely stunning.

2025 - so many new strains
Of course, nothing fundamental can be predicted in advance, but the name promises a lot. I'm curious to see your interpretation.

Customer questions & answers

what does it mean when it says that the buds can suffer from poor air flow?
It means that proper air exchange is required (i.e., removing old air and bringing in fresh air), as well as enough oscillating fans to prevent stale air from accumulating around the flowers. Thanks for asking.
How can it be 50/50 but more Indica leaning? Thx
Thanks for asking. That is because the strain's genetics are 50/50; however, the perceived effects might feel slightly Indica-like.
The description says to provide more light. How can I do that?
You will need a PAR meter to determine the exact PPFD at canopy level. Based on that, you can monitor and adjust according to how your plant reacts. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can provide a DLI chart to help you out.
How cold should the temperatures be to encourage the purple hues?
Thanks for asking. To encourage purple hues, you need to provide cooler nighttime temperatures. Generally, a temperature difference of 1°C to 10°C between the lights-on and lights-off periods is recommended. However, we suggest aiming for a 5°C (9°F) difference, as larger temperature swings can stress the plants.
how to make sure my buds have 32% thc?
Thanks for asking. The best way to ensure maximum potency, yield, and flavor is to provide perfect environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity levels, as well as nutrients, waterings, good growing medium, and light intensity, among other variables. We also recommend checking growing tips in the strain description, for instance this strain benefits from higher exposure to the light compared to other strains.
