Description

Auto Power Plant by Dutch Passion is a vigorous autoflowering strain highly recommended for lovers of classic Sativa varieties. This is a Sativa-dominant autoflower originating from South African genetics, offering yields of up to 600 g/m2 in 12 weeks. This variety produces strong plants and even stronger smells as the delicious resin reeks of that old-school mix of earthy, spicy, floral, and pine smells with a hint of citrus that will take you back to the 90s. The powerful aromas come hand-in-hand with a focused yet super uplifting and energizing effect that you only get with truly Sativa varieties. Auto Power Plant offers award-winning genetics in auto version, making it a must for growers seeking the best strains for their gardens.

Bud Description

This strain elongated, almost foxtail-y flowers are typical of Sativas. Expect large-sized flowers with a high bud-to-leaf ratio and a thick layer of resin from head to toe. Auto power Plant produces neon-green buds with bright orange hairs scattered all over and just a few dark green sugar leaves coming out of the buds. The buds emit a very interesting and complex terpene profile composed of bold earthy, spicy, and floral notes with a strong piney and fruity background that translates to a mix of vanilla and lilac.

Smoke Reports

Auto Power Plant by Dutch Passion offers a potent, Sativa-like effect that’s very uplifting and energetic. Immediately after the first hit, you’ll feel a potent head buzz that is extremely euphoric yet still calm and pleasant. The powerful mental high puts you in a pleasant focused state that allows you to get things done and gradually turns into a more mellow high that allows you to sit back and enjoy the moment, making it a great choice for gaming, listening to music or just going through a busy day stress-free.

Plant Appearance

This strain develops monster colas with short internodal space, developing that typical Sativa appearance, with several long, thin side branches; For those with limited space, it’s highly recommended to perform plant training techniques as this strain grows fairly tall, with several long side branches, making it an ideal strain for LST and SCROG as it tends to grow much taller than the specified 125 cm.

Grow Tips

Auto Power Plant by Dutch Passion is not hard to grow, it will grow big and produce big yields with ease so make sure you have enough space for it as its Sativa heritage will definitely show through and may outgrow your tent in the blink of an eye. This strain prefers hotter climates, preferably around 20-23 Celsius; Keep this in mind as lower temperatures may slow down plant growth. The monster-sized colas may become too heavy for the branches so make sure to provide support to prevent the branches from snapping.

Flavor

This variety has a pungent aroma with prominent earthy and spicy notes, giving them that classic old-school terpene profile. Auto Power Plant tastes just like it smells, so expect a mild peppery, spicy taste with a strong earthy background and subtle hints of citrus that’ll transport you to a classic dutch coffee shop. As you exhale, the old-school flavors will gradually reveal more creamy floral flavors that taste like delicious vanilla ice cream with lilac petals on top.
