Description

Zkittlez Auto is one of our most popular strains to date and understandably so, with its top-notch stability, perfectly compact structure, up to 23% THC, and candy-sweet flavor. This Indica dominant hybrid fills the room with its overpowering scent and develops colas with American football-sized buds, which once harvested and cured, will provide the user with a nice and balanced cerebral and body stone without any intense couchlock.

Bud description

Candy-hard, frost-covered buds. Zkittlez Auto produces large nugs that display various shades of green and pops of orange with the occasional subtle blue and purple tones. A nice long cure will really bring out the top-shelf quality by intensifying its complex fruity terps, on par with its bagged-candy counterpart.

Smoke report

Starting out with a quick and pleasant head high then gradually leading into a relaxing body stone which will last around 3 hours, makes this strain great for an afternoon or night time smoke. It’s not an overwhelming Indica high but will leave users serene and anxiety-free. Great for novice consumers and long time stoners.

Plant Appearance

Zkittlez is perfectly compact, growing no higher than 1m in height, Zkittlez Auto develops multiple dense bud sites, a large main cola rocketing up vertically and a few lateral side branches. In late flowering, expect large, stacked colas, dripping in resin. As one of our bigger producers, growers could be looking at around 450-500g/m2 in ideal conditions. Good internodal spacing, and highly resistant. A great choice for beginners and for advanced growers who want to adventure into plant training.

Grow Tips

As one of our larger producers, growers may want to use some support to help her withstand the weight of her own buds. A sturdy strain that will respond nicely to LST and other light training methods that will produce multiple hefty colas to develop throughout the plant. Zkittlez Auto tends to take a lot of nutrients, so make sure you have high-quality nutes on hand to satisfy her hunger.

Flavor

Sugary candy and berry flavors are the main notes of Zkittlez Auto, accompanied by tastes of mango and grapefruit with subtle, chocolate-like earthy undertones. Curing this strain for at least 2 weeks is obligatory if you really want to taste the rainbow.

Great SOG material!
I grew 2 Zkittlez among other autos in 3-litre smart pots and got almost identical plants at harvest - a monstrous central cola and minimal side branching. Close to 5 ounces of bud from both.

Stoney with amazing terps
This was a cola and a pic from Zkittlez Auto from Fast Buds that I grew and was proud of. The smoke was very stoney and the terps we're amazing tasting allot like the candy with hints of other fruits as well. The smoke was smooth after the dry and a short cure and tasted delicious. Everyone that tried it loved it. The buds were all nice and dense colas and I harvested 4 oz from 1 plant. It gave a real nice relaxing feeling in my body with a good head high good for both day or night smoke.

A natural Twin?
On June 6th, something extraordinary caught my attention. A captivating plant, compact in size yet abundantly bushy, boasting a natural "topping" that sets it apart. Today, I relocated it to a larger tent, providing it with enhanced space and even better illumination. Though it was already thriving, I aimed for perfection. Its potential for greatness is evident—short in stature but teeming with nodes. The summer holds promise, and I eagerly anticipate witnessing its growth unfold. Curiously, this is my first encounter with such a phenomenon. Its image reveals a striking divergence: I refrained from the customary topping procedure for one of the plants. Now, my sole focus is to nurture and guide it to fruition without committing any inadvertent errors. Yet, this isn't entirely uncharted territory for me. I have a penchant for embracing novelty, perpetually seeking avenues for growth and learning from our missteps. The setup remains reminiscent of my previous endeavors: a miniature tent equipped with two professional-grade LED lights. I recall commencing my journey with Blueberry before, and now, the only distinction lies in my decision to repurpose last year's soil, mingled with fresh components. The merits of recycling are plentiful, but apprehensions arise concerning the delicate equilibrium of my aged soil. Hence, I approach watering cautiously, initiating with mere water. Today marks a pivotal juncture—the first time I administer nutrients, albeit at half the prescribed dosage, ensuring simplicity prevails. Undoubtedly, the most riveting aspect of this venture is the presence of the natural twin. An enchanting anomaly, commanding my unwavering attention and scrutiny. With vigilance, I shall observe its development, nurturing its growth with steadfast dedication. This summer holds the promise of botanical wonders, and the natural twin stands at the forefront, capturing my imagination and kindling a fervor within me. Together, we embark on an extraordinary journey of cultivation and discovery."

Please let me know, if anyone want to see start of week 7? Looks great, my first grow more than 25 years ago, "back in business", but only for myself, never in my life sold anything! My best grow so fare in my life, during 1-2 years have used YT a lot, but still do not understand why all the stress. Instead I use all big leafes to cover and stress lover nodes, DO NOT remove! :-)

To hot for autos, have to keep them no higher than 80° F if you watch the heat and humidity you should be fine but the higher humidity in the beginning and only 40 to 30% humidity at the end and if you can give it temps from 65 down to 58° F purple will come out and give you some beautiful flowers

The tips seem to be going brown. Is this a nutrient deficency? Or too much nutrients?

I have seen some people on grow diaries put ice in their pots just before harvesting. Can you explain what this is for?

A:
Thanks for asking! Some growers say that putting ice on the pots increases resin production but there's no solid proof so we recommend experimenting and reaching your own conclusions.

Question:
Q:
Will the plant demand more nutrients on a 24/0 light schedule?

A:
Hello, it's possible that your plants will need more nutrients due to being performing photosynthesis 24/7 but it will depend on the specific strain and environmental conditions, also, it's possible that you will need to provide more calcium and magnesium when growing under a 24/0 light cycle.
