I have smoked the original (photoperiod) Moby Dick way back and this one seems pretty close

No runts, no weird phenos, I’d say very uniform like a classic should be

Done 4 . 2 under LED and 2 under hps and all of them thrived. Extremely dense and stinky

Smokers with no tolerance, beware!

Both flowers and trim leaves were abundantly covered in trichomes. I didn’t even trim them as closely as usual. The smoke is very relaxing and I’ve yet to finish a joint in one session. Usually two-three shallow tokes are enough to space out for a couple of hours.

At first I gave her the same treatment as the rest but then had to prepare a special nutrient mix for her and be on the lookout for deficiencies all the time. All this made the grow a nerve wracking experience.

The growing went well and the smoke is one of the best I’ve had

I’m generally suspicious of hot new strains but this one got me convinced. It’s a modern classic.

It wasn’t the best in my case because I miscalculated the duration of the cycle and started flushing two weeks too late. She looked super hungry when I finally cut her but the fade was beautiful.

single cola, looks thick from the distance but when you look closer has almost nothing but leaves though its time for her to start to fill out

the flower room smells like freshly picked strawberries but sweeter and with some weed stench in the background of course

Absolutely in love with this strain. Nice deep cherry flavour and somehow "fizzy" , hard to explain that as a taste ! Plus the hardest nugz I've ever done .

My new LED probably played its part but the genetics too I’m sure. Never had this many trichomes before and their heads are bulbous and extra large

I’m using a new soil mix and ran into some minor deficiencies. Plan to grow another Moby Dick and use the updated feeding schedule this time.

She seemed too pale compared to others, with narrow leaves and flimsy structure. Now she’s catching up and overtaking most other plants. Probably just a Sativa phenotype.

8 weeks and the pistols are getting brown already, the smell is strong and lemony

opening the jar the buds smell tropical and sweet and the piney background makes everything smell almost like mango. the effects aren’t very energizing but not couchlocky either, just very relaxed, happy, and calm

not very good for first timers lol because they love to helicopter over their plants and with this one they’ll have nothing to do, but seriously it’s a very beginner friendly strain

I trimmed it wet, very closely, the buds are quite resinous and dense, perfectly shaped
