Sales Director

As part of planned expansion, we are looking for a Head of Sales Department to drive revenues across Europe, UK and developing markets. The candidate must deliver against a revenue target for these regions.

Additional experience or interest in the cannabis or CBD market is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales Channels and P&L.
  • Consistently achieving financial targets.
  • Collaborating with distributors and sales managers to maximize sales.
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase revenue and maximize market share in the given countries.
  • Implementing targeted short term and long-term growth plans.
  • Reviewing and analysis of sales records and reports; using data to design sales strategy, determine profitability and targets, and identify new potential markets.
  • Negotiating contracts, discussing prices and sales agreements, whilst establishing long term relationships with customers.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and post-sales activities in the cannabis sector.
  • Leading, coaching and developing Sales team (5+ people); monitoring and evaluating its performance.
  • Running incentive programs for distributional partners.
  • Tracking CRM data and holding team meetings (inhouse and online) to ensure performance and goals are on track with company targets.
  • Maintaining constant interaction with the Head of Marketing Department to optimize lead generation, trade marketing programs and new sales opportunities, aligned with the company strategy.
  • Permanent analysis and study of market characteristics in order to detect new business opportunities.


  • Strong work ethics, leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Multilingual skills: English is a must, Spanish, Italian, French, German and other languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and handle multiple highly complex tasks and actions.
  • Excellent written and oral negotiation skills.
  • Ability to spend time interfacing with different teams in Europe.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
  • Ability to travel as the need arises.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (ideally in cannabis or CBD industry).
Social Media and Community Marketing Assistant

Our team is looking for a Social Media and Community Marketing Assistant.


  • Providing excellent communication with clients via email in a timely manner.
  • Managing and effectively dealing with service requests and tickets.
  • Compiling client information.
  • Managing updates and progress on clients’ activity.
  • Instagram DM/messaging support, as well as other Social Media Platforms.


  • Written English (Advanced or higher).
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of the target audience and ability to select methods of working with it.
  • Communicative, attentive to details.
  • Good writing skills.

As part of planned expansion, we are looking for a copywriter/content creator to drive product awareness and engagement globally through our website. We are offering a part-time position, but in the long term this could become a full-time job.

Additional experience or interest in cannabis growing is preferred.


  • Creating written content based on a weekly plan.
  • Content revision.
  • Generating ideas for new content.


  • Native or proficient level of English (our blog is written in English).
  • Other European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and growing products in general.
  • Ease of writing articles on cannabis-related topics.
  • Experience in writing and publishing content on web/social media.
  • Ability to create unique and exclusive content.
  • The candidate will have to deliver a test article in English on a selected topic.
