Ordering Online

How can I place an order?

-Browse our catalog and select the products you wish to purchase
-Add items to your shopping cart using the “Buy now”  button. Then either continue shopping or proceed to check out.
-Fill out your shipping information.
-Choose your payment method and follow the instructions.


You will need to register an account to place an order. 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once you have successfully placed your order you cannot change the products it includes.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is in preparation, contact us as soon as possible. Your refund method may vary from your payment method.
If it has already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

How do I know if you received my order?

When you place an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email with an invoice number (if you don't see anything in your inbox, check your spam folder.) You can log in to the Fast Buds website at any time to check your order status.
