Crowd and Community Marketing Manager

We are the cannabis seed bank company and we are on the hunt for a Crowd and Community Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Registering accounts on thematic forums/blogs;
  • Pumping up accounts with messages;
  • Creating threads and participating in them to attract targeted traffic to the company website;
  • Publication of backlinks and recommendations on forums/blogs;
  • Publication of backlinks on Q&A sites;
  • Creating reviews about the company on review sites;
  • Searching forums, blogs and other sites to post comments;
  • Creating a database of donors;
  • Maintaining more weekly reporting.

Requirements:

  • Written English (Intermediate or higher);
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience in crowd and community marketing, and the ability to demonstrate it.
  • Understanding of the target audience and the ability to select methods of working with it;
  • Communicative, attentive to details;
  • Ability to write competently;
  • Ability to work in forums and social networks.
  • Have already created a base of profiles on the forums, the ability to demonstrate.

Working conditions:

  • Completely remote work;
  • Full-time (10:00-19:00);

Sales Director

As part of planned expansion, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue across Europe, UK and developing markets.  This is a player role – you must own and deliver against a revenue target for these regions.

Additional experience or interest in the cannabis or CBD market is preferred.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owns Sales Channel and is responsible for its P&L.
  • Consistently achieves financial objectives and collaborates with distributors and sales managers to maximize sales.
  • Identifies new opportunities to increase revenue and maximize market share in the given countries.
  • Implements targeted short term and long-term growth plans 
  • Reviews and analyzes sales records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Negotiating contracts, discussing prices and sales agreements, whilst establishing long term relationships with customers.
  • Maintains customer base relationships and after-sales activities in the cannabis sector. 
  • Leads, coaches and develops the sales team (5+ persons): monitors and evaluates its performance 
  • Runs incentive programs for distributional partners
  • Tracks CRM and holds team meetings (inhouse and online) to ensure performance and goals are on track with company targets
  • In constant contact with the Marketing Director to optimize the lead generation, trade marketing programs and new sales opportunities, aligned with the company strategy
  • The permanent analysis and study of market characteristics in order to detect the business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • An outstanding motor. This is an industry that gives you back what you put in, and you must be willing to put it all on the line every day to succeed.
  • Multilingual skills; English and Russian is the must, Spanish, Italian, French or German is the plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and handle multiple highly complex tasks and actions.
  • Excellent written and oral negotiation skills with the demonstrated ability to influence internal and external decision makers.
  • An organised individual that demonstrates leadership and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to spend time interfacing with the teams in Europe 
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
  • Able to travel as the need arises
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in similar role (ideally in cannabis or cbd industry)
Social Media and Community Marketing Assistant

We are the cannabis seed bank company and we are on the hunt for a Social Media and Community Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent communication with clients via email in a timely manner
  • Managing and effectively dealing with service requests and tickets
  • Compiling client information
  • Managing updates and progress on clients’ activity
  • Instagram DM/messaging support, as well as other Social Media Platforms.

Requirements:

  • Written English (Intermediate or higher);
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of the target audience and the ability to select methods of working with it;
  • Communicative, attentive to details;
  • Ability to write competently;

Content Writer for Cannabis Brand

As part of planned expansion, we are looking for a Content Writer to drive product awareness and engagement globally through our website. We are on the hunt for a part time content creator. In the long term this could be a full-time job.

Additional experience or interest in the cannabis growing is preferred.

Job roles:

  • Creating content based on weekly plan
  • Content revision
  • Generating ideas for a new content

Requirements:

  • Native level of English or very high (the blog is written in English)
  • Other European language is plus
  • Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and growing products in general
  • Ease of writing articles on the topic of cannabis
  • Knowledge of writing and publishing content on web/social media
  • Unique and exclusive content
  • An article, written in English, will be tested on a selected topic.
