- Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain
- UPS Shipping

 US / CA:
- Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the US or Canada. But check out our distributors

- Australia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Japan, Lebanon, Madagascar, Namibia, Philippines, Thailand

Standard delivery

· Delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days

· Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

· If you don’t see any more tracking information once your order has reached its destination country, don’t worry. Your parcel is still on its way.

*This is because when our shipping provider reaches your country, it is then given to your local postal service to finish the final part of the journey.

· It’s not possible to arrange a certain time or date for delivery.
 

UPS Shipping

· Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days.

· Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

· You will see where you order is at all times.

· For many countries, your order will need to be signed for. 

If you will not be available for delivery, you can choose to pick your order up at a UPS access point.

Standard delivery from Chile

· Delivery takes between 15 and 20 working days

· Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

· If you don’t see any more tracking information once your order has reached its destination country, don’t worry. Your parcel is still on its way.

Depending on how discrete you want your order to be, we offer standard and stealth packaging.

The different packaging will not affect the delivery time of your order.
