WE KNOW OUR #FASTFAMILY LOVE AUTO SEEDS
SO WE HAVE 1,050 TO GIVE OUT FOR FREE!
RAP ABOUT FAST BUDS STRAINS, WHILE HIGH
TO WIN FIFTY SEEDS FOR JUST 12 LINES!
Hey Fast Brothers! Apologies for lack of updates since we launched our Rap Battle contest with the Girl Scout Cookies strain almost two weeks ago. We had to prepare for, travel to, and get back from the major GrowExpo in the north of Spain.
But we’ve now compiled the entries and there was one stand-out winner: Instagram’s @hot.koffee with his clever, smooth rap that totally bingoed the cookie and girl scout references. At the end of this post you can see that rap, and more importantly, see why it won…
Today we’re launching Round 2: Pineapple Express!!
One of Fast Buds’ most popular autoflower strains, named Pineapple Express because it delivers fruity results...fast!
Were looking for the ultimate 12-line rap (written, not audio or video) and the winner gets FIFTY Pineapple Express seeds!
So get rapping – and tell your #FastBrothers to get in on the action! (One jackpot would be at least one full year of communal supply!)
Share far and wide! And stay tuned for updates…
** Raps in English only. Winning raps will be published on the Fast Buds website. ** Limited to 12 lines per person, per strain. (That means 12 full stops.) All lines should be roughly equal in length. ** Prize packs include 50 seeds of the same strain, plus Fast Buds merch. ** Winners will be contacted on the platform where they submitted their rap.
We have a winner in Round 1: Girl Scout Cookies!!
It’s up to the rest of you to stop @hot.koffee winning ALL the remaining 1,000 autoflower seeds we have up for grabs, so read and learn:
Our recommendations for future rap entries (everybody can have one shot at each strain) are simple: brainstorm all the strain name references you can think of. We’ll provide pointers when these aren’t so obvious. This step alone is half of the way to writing a winning rap.
Then combine these ideas with clever wordplay about weed, growing & smoking culture. As in the above example, remember that “in” rhymes with “garden” and “is” with “flashes”. You could also rhyme “it” with “wasted”.
Best of luck to future contestants! Keep it real and growing fast!
