Latest Update on Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto Production Run

Latest update from our current Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto run.

During a production run, there are moments when we identify individual plants that do not meet our expectations. This can be due to different factors such as aroma, structure, color, or overall expression. Even when a plant is healthy and already well developed, if it doesn’t align with the target profile of the line, it doesn’t continue.

In this specific case, the plant shown in the video does not meet our expectations mainly because of its color and structure, which differ from what we define as Lemon Cherry Cookies.

The video shows how this process is handled in practice. The plant is removed, weighed, and then destroyed following the SOPs in place at our facilities. All discarded material is tracked and handled according to these procedures.

This kind of decision is part of the day to day work in breeding and production. Selection is not only about choosing what stays, but also about knowing when to remove plants that don’t represent the line we’re building, in order to maintain consistency across the run.
