The Fast Buds Cup: Exclusive Competition For Our Genetics

We’ve got something completely new in the works. For the first time, we’re launching our own Fast Buds Cup, an annual competition created specifically for growers working with Fast Buds genetics.
The idea is simple: you grow it, we judge it, and the best growers take home the titles. The judges will be our team members that you met at expos around the world, year after year.
The first edition's awards ceremony will take place on June 3rd, 2027 in Berlin, Germany, where the winners will be announced live and receive their awards on stage.
14 Titles. One Champion Per Category.
The Fast Buds Cup will cover three different types of genetics:
Each category presents its own challenges and deserves to be judged separately.
Each will compete across four sub-categories:
- Best Overall
- Best Terp
- Best Look
- Best Smoke
On top of these 12 titles, we’ll award two additional prizes for the strongest grows from our Champions Line and Originals Line, bringing the first Fast Buds Cup to a total of 14 titles. There will also be some very special rewards aside of titles and trophies!
This competition is exclusively about Fast Buds genetics, putting the spotlight where it belongs: on the growers who take our seeds and show us what they can really do.
How Does It Work?
Entries officially open in February 2027, but there’s no complicated submission form or entry fee. Grows shared with Fast Buds automatically enter the running for every category they qualify for.
There will be one judging round per year, taking the entire season into account and recognizing the strongest grows and growers of the year.
The winners will be announced live in Berlin on June 3rd, 2027, with physical trophies created for every title. More details about the venue, ceremony, prizes, and everything surrounding the big night will be revealed as we get closer.
