Guava Sundae Auto: Where Tropical Intensity Meets Creamy Resin

This is the first run of Guava Sundae Auto, part of the Champions Line project.

The cross combines Guava Auto RF3, winner of the latest Autoflower World Cup, with Sundae Thumper F4 by Mephisto Genetics, a line awarded Best Autoflower Hybrid at the American Autoflower Cup 2025.

The objective is to bring together Guava’s tropical terpene intensity and overall performance with the resin production and creamy profile of Sundae Thumper into a balanced autoflower hybrid.

At this stage, the population shows strong F1 hybrid vigor. Plants are developing to a medium size with a bushy structure and sturdy lateral branching. Growth is uniform across individuals, allowing for consistent evaluation and selection.

Plants respond well to light training and leaf tucking, opening up the canopy and promoting the development of multiple main colas. Flower sites are forming evenly, with good distribution across the branches and no major variation in timing observed so far.

Terpene expression is present early, combining tropical fruit notes with a softer, creamier background. This creates a more balanced profile compared to sharper fruit dominant lines, and will be a key factor during selection.

Resin production is already visible in early flower and continues to build across the developing flowers. Structure remains stable, with branches supporting early bud formation without signs of weakness.

This run establishes the initial direction for Guava Sundae Auto. Early results show a well balanced combination of structure, resin, and terpene profile, making this line a strong option for growers looking to work with competition backed genetics in a new format.

Selection will focus on terpene balance, resin coverage, and flower density. Individuals that do not meet the expected standard in structure or expression will be removed before the next phase.
